What do they say?
Light straw gold in colour, beautifully textured, dry, fresh citrus flavoured, with consistent, long lasting bubbles.
What does the English Vine say?
With some Champagne and English Sparkling wines, you are left running to the hills for heart burn bills because the acidity is overpowering. Not the case with this. Acidity is absolutely spot on and the flavours are allowed to shine. Neil, our CEO, has already ordered some for his personal collection. I doubt he will share this one!
