What do they say?
A very stylish vintage, traditional method, quality sparkling wine. Lots of yellow fruit character, floral notes, and wonderful yeasty undertones. Smooth texture with a fine mousse and a lovely length.
What does the English Vine say?
After the cork had flown out hitting the celling we didn’t know what to expect but this English sparkling is nothing short of genius. Shame we only had one bottle to taste otherwise we would have happily tucked into a 2nd one given how much the team enjoyed it.
