An excellent example of a cool climate Pinot Noir by Bolney. Very well balanced, it has soft tannins and juicy strawberry and red cherry on the palate. Leather, spice and chocolate complement fresh plums and a smooth and creamy finish.
What does the English Vine say?
The winemaker at Bolney made it a challenge for herself to create a delicious English Pinot Noir and they did not disappoint. This is a complex red from Bolney with lots of different flavours coming through and gets better as it warms in the glass.Â
