Coates and Seely Brut
What do they say?
A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with reserves from previous years and lees-aged for 2 ½ to 3 years to give depth and complexity. The wine is only released after a further 6-12 months on cork.
What does the English Vine say?
We have tried so many great English sparkling wines but we still continue to be amazed at the quality of sparkling produced in this country. Coates and Seely Brut is another great example. Truly delicious with fresh flavours of apple and pear this is a great wine for big parties, weddings or just when you fancy treating yourself to something a bit marvellous!
