Distiller notes:
A collaboration with Justino’s of Santa Cruz in Portugal, the Jack Ryan Finisher’s Touch has been aged in bourbon barrels for 11 years before being finished in Madeira casks. This is the third release to come from the Jack Ryan Triology series, other expressions include the Jack Ryan Toomevara and Jack Ryan Haddington.
Tasting notes:
Aroma: intense tropical fruit aromas of passion fruit, pineapple, lemon and orange peel with a touch of cinnamon and ginger.
Palate: smooth and oily texture, flavors of fresh pineapple, lemon, orange, marmalade, and ginger snaps with some honey and oak.
Finish: becomes more malty and biscuity with the oak flavors also shining through.
