Laverstoke Sparkling
Yellow/gold in colour, the 2015 vintage was given a long, four year yeast age before disgorging. It has an aroma complexed with hints of brioche and buttery toast.
Creamy and round, this sparkling wine became a team favourite after just 2 sips! Paul, our SOS manager paired this with a crunchie chocolate bar and was happy for the rest of the evening.
