Roebuck Classic Cuvée
What do they say?
A rich yet refined sparkling wine produced in a vintage that will be looked back on fondly. The fruit destined for our Roebuck Estates Classic Cuvée 2017 is harvested by hand and whole-bunch pressed. Partial fermentation in the finest French oak casks, followed by long lees ageing for a minimum of 36 months, gives the wine additional richness, depth and complexity.
What does the English Vine say?
When we heard that an English sparkling wine won the 2020 Decanter ‘Best in Show’ award we obviously had to check it out to see what all the fuss was about! True to its reputation this English sparkling is delicious. Creamy and smooth with just the right amount of mouthwatering acidity.
