Delightful floral and brioche notes combine with zesty citrus fruit, honeysuckle and elderflower. It is delicate and well balanced, finishing with a soft fresh hint of sweetness.
What does the English Vine say?
A light and extremely enjoyable English Sparkling. We took the Bolney Estate Bubbly Brut to try when having a long weekend by the sea in Suffolk. Don’t ask why we took a Sussex wine to Suffolk but we did. We sat on the beach, looked out over the sea and worked our way through this bottle of bubbles. Softer than some of other English Sparkling Wines where the acidity can be quite intense. The sea was the perfect pairing while we finished off the bottle.
